Received what I've been waiting for in ages! =)
Birthday luck really works, I must say.
Had my first birthday celebration with Esther. Which was ermz, two weeks ago? Haha, so I didn't suspect anything and just thought it was a casual dinner! Ate like crazy at Crystal Jade. Had one bowl of la mian, 3 xiao long baos and 2.5 radish pastry! OHMYGOSH. No wonder my diet plans never worked. HAHA. Got a very useful present from her too! Thanks dear!! =)
Met up with the girls at PS last Saturday. Watched Painted Skin with a few of them first. Not bad! But Qi Yu Wu totally disappointed me when I saw him sucking in the fly. HAHA! Cos I thought he looked quite good on the poster, then his character turned out to be so disgusting! Anyway, the show was quite touching and seriously not scary at all lar, Shan. HAHA.
Had dinner at Red Tomato (or something along those lines). Food was not bad! Had smoked salmon with spaghetti, the spaghetti was a bit oily but the salmon was good!
Shan had this weird looking drink, which, to me, really tasted like toothpaste. HAHA. Why do you like this girl?! HAHA. 
Anyway, both me and Shan were blur enough to not realise it's a birthday celebration beforehand. Shan is worse though; she only realised that day itself! HAHA I realised the day before! Both of us told Bern individually that we don't feel like going for dinner because we want to save money. Must have irritated the hell out of Bern! HAHA. Anyway, it was almost full attendance!

Anyway, after that, five of us went clubbing. Managed to curb my drinking so I didn't suffer from rashes the next day! Haha time to learn my lesson so yeah, I drank by sips!
Since it was an all-girls' outing, you can't expect us not to cam-whore right. LOL 
Always left with the five of us at clubbing sessions...well, ek next time yeah! =)

And gradually got a bit high...haha actually it was them. How to get high on sips right? LOL. 
Brother was really sweet to give me a surprise early in the morning on my birthday. Placed my present in my room so I saw it right when I woke up. =P Was wondering how he managed to do that, since I slept later than him the previous night and when I woke up, he was still sleeping. Turned out that he set alarm at 4.30am to wake up and put the present in my room! GAN DONG!
Celebrated the day itself with family. Come to think of it, it's been quite a number of years since I stayed home to celebrate on that day itself! Simply love the celebration! Feel so loved at home. Hehe. =P Very sweet of mummy to cook all my favourite foods and daddy to buy the most expensive cake out of the bakery!
I was feeling a tinge of disappointment throughout all these while though. Couldn't help it I guess. But well, I made the call today and found out the reason. Feel much better since I arranged a meetup after all! =)
Boss treated me to lunch on the day itself too. But it was a stressful lunch can! Machiam another interview! HAHA. Because he was asking me a lot of questions, so much so I didn't have much appetite to eat in the end. Bahs. Somehow I feel that he has really high expectations of me, I'm not sure why but I really don't want to disappoint him! And like I was telling my colleague, if I really succeed ar, I have A LOT to owe him sia. Like, right from the beginning. The credit card to the trainings to the encouragements to the PA to the additional paycheck. Oh wells. Shall worry about that later.
Two tuitions later. Sec 1 girl finally showed me decent results! HAHA, so it worked after all. I was smiling like mad when I saw the results even though she was harping on her failed grade for Science. Okay I was a bit selfish because I don't teach her Science. But I couldn't help it!
Made a pact with her again. But this time, the gamble is not to extend tuition but to give her more homework. HAHA. I learnt my lesson you see.
Previous tuition kid messaged and asked if I was interested in teaching her brother. Still considering, since I really love that family and like teaching secondary school mathematics. But well, there's a lot to consider. Shall see how it goes when her mum contacts me.
