Added this in at the request of my cousin. There's a really pretty online store she's set up. Selling very nice accessories! So, click here and take a look! No harm lar ar! =)
豁出去了啦! -prays-
Anyway, I'm pretty amazed at how I can stay home for so many days, not going out except for tuition. Ahma is VERY EXTREMELY BORED! I feel a flu coming, but well, it may be because of oversensitivity caused by extreme boredom. WELL.
Nevertheless, last week was fun! Finally had my haircut. Hmm, but I think most people won't actually realise. Another experience where hairdresser didn't dare to cut my fringe. Is it my face? Like, not suitable for fringes. BAH. I wanted to cut fringe because it was getting at an awkward length. I can find difficulty lowering my head when I'm going down staircases or when I'm reading. But Auntie still didn't cut it short enough so I came home and snipped some myself. Ended up looking a bit funny/too short/don't-know-how-to-describe. Aiyah, suan le. USE CLIPS!
Oh, talking about hair, I had a bad dream last night! I dreamt I was balding! At the top of my head! Ohmygosh, I'm so glad it wasn't reality.
Some more dreams that I could remember. HAHA. I dreamt I was back in NJ and I was climbing over the side gate with some unknown people with unfamiliar faces. LOL! But, the weird thing was, after climbing the side gate, I still had to go into a weird canal and climb up a weird ladder that leads me to something looking like...a MRT station? HAHA. Maybe ar, maybe it's a premonition that they'll build a MRT station right outside NJ. HAHA. WELLLLSSSSSS.
Ohmigosh. Maybe it wasn't oversensitivity. I am sneezing and tearing now. BAH!
Okay, the sneezing comes in bouts. BAH.
Alright, back to last week. I had sushi buffet! With Esther. At 日本村.

It's really quite affordable! Paid only $17 at the end. But hmm, of course, don't expect the quality to be fantastic. I just think it's acceptable for the price. Whatever it is, having sashimi and chawanmushi brightened up my day! As long as they're not awful. Keke.
They have some interesting items. Like this one, bacon with 金针菇. A teeny bit too oily for my taste. But, other than that, it's quite good!
Their tempura prawn is wonderful!
I like their utensils! This cup of green tea was HONESTLY steaming!
Makeup session with mh was really fun too! Made two trips to her house already. Her makeup collection really makes me envious!!
Think I still need practice with the eyebrow pencil though. It's freakingly difficult to me! Worse than eyeliner. BAH.
And for baking, I took a few pictures of what I've made last week. Haha It's really not very appealing visually! Especially all the bumps! 有待进步! But it tastes good to me!!! Keke.
Pineapple tarts!!! Got the recipe from my auntie. Super good! But super sinful~ Haha okay a bit weird to make pineapple tarts at this time of the year. But well...
Oh, and I'm still watching 萧敬腾! As in on TV or variety shows he goes on. He's getting really talkative nowadays! And his magic tricks are super cool! Keke. And of course, his singing is perfect!
This is super funny! Haha, kinda stupid...because it's quite obvious. But his reaction is super cute!
Okay, super magic here...
My dad bought a video camera, so I've been fiddling with it! Haha, quite fun. Not much to take at home, so I'm busy taking my soft toys, pretending they can move. LOL!
AND SPAIN WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They played really well against Germany, despite their ermz rather rough tactics. Keke. Kudos to Torres for the winning goal! And, of course, Casillas, my love!!! LOL.
Reading yet another Jodi Picoult book. Haven't finished though because my brother was the one who borrowed it so I only can read it at night.
"Happiness: R/E,or,Reality divided by Expectations.
There were two ways to be happy: improve your reality, or lower your expectations.
But when you inverted the equation - expectation divided by reality - you didn't really get the opposite of happiness. What you got..was hope.
Assuming reality was constant, expectation had to be greter than reality to create optimism. On the other hand, a pessimist was someone with expectations lower than reality, a fraction of diminishing returns. The human condition meant that this number approached zero without reaching it - you never really completely gave up hope."
Made me think freakingly lots. But it's really true, isn't it?
