So I have unofficially graduated. Haha, not sure whether to be happy about it actually. Time for me to really worry about getting a job! Bah.
Okay, worrisome stuffs aside. It feels pretty good to have no future exams to study for (at least in the near future), no next semester to dread, no future projects to do. But then again, I do enjoy them at times, especially when I work with a fun group. I don't think I'll be wrong in saying that school life will be more relaxing than working life.
So, I shall enjoy this last holiday that I have! =)
Haha, really want to go on a trip lehz, but it's a bad timing to be financially unstable now. BAH. Thought of using the GST offset to go on a short trip, but come to think of it, that few hundred dollars can really be of much use.
Haiz, but ok lar. Singapore also got places to go right..haha. HHHHMMMMMMMMMM. Maybe not much, ahhh, so not consoling. HAHA.
Hopefully my plan with shan to go to the bottletree park and other farms work out, haha at least got something out of the ordinary to look forward to in sg.
Anyway, lately I've been hooked on 超级星光大道3. Haha, even during the exam period, I was busy catching up on this show. By the way, now I've officially catched up already. =)
For those who don't know, it's a singing competition in Taiwan (think Yang Zong Wei) and this season, there are Singaporeans! Representing Singapore are
1) Sugianto (remember that Indonesian Chinese who took part in Project Superstar 1 last time?),
2) Cai Jia Hang (remember that girl who took part in Campus Superstar 1 last time? apparently she turned out 5th, but I can't remember that actually. haha)
3) Huang Jing Lun (never take part in any competition before, but he got a very special voice (rather girlish). lol but not bad lar)
4) Some guy whom I can't remember
5) Another guy whom I can't remember
4 and 5 were eliminated pretty long ago, jia hang just got out in the most recent episode. Sugi and JingLun are still struggling! JIAYOU! Haha.
But actually, I support other people more. Like this girl called xu jia ying. She's like omg, can sing and can write her own songs and one of the high scorers now.
This following song she sang, it wasn't her best song as reflected by her score from the judges, but i really really love it. The point is when I heard it, I actually teared! It's been VERY long since I reacted like this to someone singing. And the best part is, I don't even really understand the lyrics. It's a mi nan yu song, so I don't really understand, but after listening a few times and checking out the lyrics, it's really a very meaningful song.
Watch it! You won't regret it! (At least I didn't)
And if you have the time, watch these other videos too. She wrote these songs herself. For 我身骑白马, which is actually a mi nan yu opera song and she rewrote it in a 抒情 version, she actually got full marks!
My personal favourite for now. Hehe. I keep watching her videos, really love her voice and songs! =)
